Merredin Medical Centre will permanently close at the end of Wednesday, 9 September 2026.

We sincerely thank our patients and the wider Merredin community for the trust, support and relationships built with our practice over the years.

Patients are encouraged to arrange ongoing care with a GP or medical practice of their choice. If you would like your relevant medical information transferred to a new practice, our team can assist with the appropriate request and transfer process prior to closure.

Patients requiring prescriptions, follow-up appointments, referrals, review of results or ongoing medical care are encouraged to make arrangements before our final operating day.
